Chapter thirteen.
"I don't want to go!" I yelled from the top of the stairs to my mother below. "You don't have a choice, Harry. We got invited so were going." She snapped and left ending the conversation there.
"Fine." I sassed back without her knowing.
I walked back to my room to get ready. My family got invited to a dinner at the Hemmings's house. I'm usually fine with going to dinners, but this is different.
Violet will be there.
My family took her mother away, we killed her. I can still remember the look in Violet's eyes as she saw her mom's bloodless body.
Even as a child, Violet knew that what we did was bad. She was so young and we took everything away from her.
But that was years ago now, but she still can never look at us the same after what we did. I tried everything. She will never like my family. Or me.
