"Since when do you talk to Nico Hischier?" Dylan asks while I'm eating my food with him on the coach half watching parks and rec.
"Maybe a week. He seems pretty nice."
"He's a good kid, he got drafted to New Jersey a few weeks ago."
"I know, we watched the draft together, on this couch actually."
"You better not get too attached though, life gets crazy once you are drafted. Everything goes by really fast , it's just like when I got drafted. I was barely home for a while."

"Just be careful. And for the record, you are NOT allowed to date him."
"Jeez Dylan I know." I said rolling my eyes.
He looked back down at his empty bowl and stood up, looking at me with a smile as he walked by and messed up my hair.
I know I'm not allowed to date him, but what if I like him?
