"Well, it looks you are healing very well and I'm happy to say I think you can start light training again."
I never thought I would hear those words come out of my doctors mouth, I look at him in shock and awe.
"Your serious, she can work out and go on the ice?" Dylan says.
"Yes, nothing extreme, but yes."
I stand up and hug him not knowing what else while just saying thank you as many times as I could.
We walk out and once we get home immediately sit down to make a workout and training plan to get me back on the ice faster and better than ever. The plan was lighter than I wanted it to be, but I knew Dylan knew what he was talking about when he was helping me with it. Afterwards I decide to text Nico and tell him the news.
Neeen: Babe guess what?
Nico: What beautiful?
Neeen: I GET TO START TRAINING AGAIN AND SKATE!!!!
Nico: YAY GOOD JOB BABE I LOVE YOU!!!
