Chapter 37: "You know what else is pretty? My fist in your face-"

-AMANDA-

I'm sitting next to Courtney and opposite us are Crystal and Blair. We decided to do some shopping, since Blair's birthday is tomorrow. -Girls only! It'll be my first time shopping with others, who are not my mom and just Court.-

Thanks to Raven's cooking and treatment, I managed to get over my cold in 2 days. -I find it really sweet, that he took care of me.-

The three of them chatter about girl's stuff and I can't participate, since I haven't experienced those yet. That's why I keep on nipping on my tea. -Reminds me of Raven's herbal tea... Oh shoot!...-

"I heared there are things going on with you and Mr. Johnson?" Blair raises an eyebrow and grins at me.

I flush and quickly nip on my tea. -This is the only way to buy time and try thinking it through before answering.- "What do you mean?"

Courtney rolls her eyes at me. "I told them you were sick." I glare at her as she shrugs. -Well, thanks bestfriend.-

"Uhhh~ Someone caught the flu, because of love?" Crystal snickers and the two join her. -They are really scary!-

I choke on the burning tea, making them laugh out loud as I try to clear the liquid out of my lungs.

"W-we are not dating!" I managed to talk after a while and they smile at me.

"Yet!" They say in unision and snort out a laughter. -Creepy!... WAIT WHAT?!-

We decided to walk around the crowded city. Blair wants to buy a dress for her birthday and choose a theme for it. -I still wanna know if she's a model... her flawless skin and body, make her fit in any clothes!-

She ends up buying a plain blue dress, that reveals her slim hourglass figure and she bought us the same dress. - I know, right? She should've choose something different, since she's the birthday girl.-

We kept on walking around and stopped by every possible shop. As we passed by a Gucci store, I had to swallow my laughter. I accidently giggled and they turned to look at me. -Damn you, Raven! This is your fault!-

Soon our hands are filled with bags full of clothes. I never insisted on buying things at all, but the three 'accidentally' bought too much and handed me some of their hauls. I tried to decline it ended up telling them that I'll pay them back as soon as I have the money for it, but they ignore me.

-They are really kind and this is honestly too much for me. Especially Blair and Crystal paid for expensive brand clothes.-

Next we stop in Starbucks for a short break. We order our drinks and take a sit outside.

"Phew~ I'm dead! How 'bout y'all?" Crystal sips on her Ice coffee and grins.

"That's cause you're out of shape, gurl~ Ya better move those damn legs more!" Blair snips her fingers and flips her hair back. -She's just gorgeous in any way!-

"Oh, shut up! You're damn lucky that your birthday is tomorrow!" Crystal rolls her eyes and we laugh. -Yes, they are totally bestfriends.-

After a short while Blair finishes her milkshake and mischievously smiles at the other model looking girl. "What's going on with you and Monsieur Samuel?" -What? Sam and Crystal? No way!-

Court and I exchange glances. She grins and looks at Crystal, who's blushing. -Aww, she looks so adorable.- "N-nothing..." She stutters and sips on her drink.
