After the wedding, the couples and Brian stayed at the resort a few days to relax and spend some relaxing and bonding time all together while the rest who came to the wedding returned back to resume their normal routine.

After the get away when both the newly weds returned back to the villa, soon everything started afresh for them all.

The guys got back to work with their father finding faults in them like always, Brian was enrolled in a nearby private school instead of going back to the boarding school after Maya managed to convince the child to go back to school and interact with others rather than just doing online classes, Gracy also returned back to the NGO after Mrs Singh called to ask about Gracy, Maya and her condition which is why during the day Maya was mostly alone hence she would spend most her time with the maid in the kitchen trying to learn new recipes from Adele. Like that days passed by peacefully as everyone was adjusting and enjoying the new life they had chosen for themselves.

Today was again a normal day for Maya as she wheeled herself in the kitchen where the rest of the maids were after the rest of the family dispersed for the day. Like usual Maya learnt and tried to make one of the new dishes the Adele had taught in the past days, the one she was cooked today is lasagna which Adele informed Maya that as a kid Nicholas liked a lot especially when his mother made it for him. They were all having a great time till Maya noticed that Sofia seemed a little bit lost, and she said;
'' What happened Sofia..??
Is everything okay..?? "

Hearing Maya's voice made Sofia realize that she was caught thinking, not willing to turn this happy moment into a disturbed one, Sofia said in a nervous way trying to cover up for her own thoughts;
'' Nothing...
Just something that happened..

Anyways..
How do you think the preparation is ..?? "

But sensing the Sofia's tone is not relaxed like usual, Maya couldn't help but say again;
" The preparation is going good till now..

But you still dont seem fine..
Is there something troubling you..??
Say it.. Maybe we can help..!! "

" Noo..
There's nothing wrong.
It's just that I remembered a mistake I made..
And its consequences..

That's why I felt a little bit flustered about it..!! "

Sofia let out after listening to Maya's genuine concern towards her.

" Well you know ..
I heard that when you feel like that, you should talk about it to someone..

Let out your emotions so that they dont end up suffocating you..
I would suggest that you do the same..
If you wanna talk then we are all here..!! "
Maya said in an attempt to help out Sofia as she kept cooking while everyone nodded in accordance with Maya's words.

" Thank you..
I will.
Just not now..!! "
The latter replied.

And then they all got back to cooking. After they finished with the cooking session, they all praised Maya for the dish as it turned out to be better than expected..
