The breakfast here is something delicious, there are so many options, I had tea, rusks with jam, a French toast and a yoghurt Luckily I have 1 week to work off all the meals, my physiotherapist /PR/ trainer Lex allowed me to cut my diet a bit but get back in shape right away.
We go to the spa around 2pm where we will spend the whole afternoon there. We tried the massage, took a sauna and then a cold bath to soothe the body. This day has relaxed me a lot, calmed me down and the cold bath made me very happy.
