out of bounds
out of patience
—for the time it takes
to make you notice me
Out of league
out of shame
out of lies
—I call out your name
to make you look at me
So how come—
it's hard to talk
now that you've asked
my name to remember
for forever
So how come—
I can't get a hold
of what you're trying
to say because
of my heart beating
But out of luck
out of touch
and out of calm
