Mikasa's eyes widened when she noticed the knife in your hands. There was no way that you had bought that on your own so the only explanation was that someone had given it to you. Needing to get to the bottom of who had done something stupid as getting you a knife, she quietly left the room.

It didn't take long for Connie to reveal that it had been Annie that had gotten you the knife. All it had taken was for her to ask the question and he easily cracked under her glare. He did not want to be in the middle of what was about to happen.
"Why?! Why would you give (y/n) a knife?"
Annie doesn't bother to look up, simply just shrugging her shoulders as she continued to watch tv.
"I'm sorry but they said that they felt unsafe."
"Now I feel unsafe."
Annie pauses the show and finally looks up at her, finding it ridiculous that she would be afraid of you having a knife. The two of them could easily disarm anyone within a matter of seconds.
"I'm sorry...would you like a knife then?"
