"So you're together now yet you didn't bother telling me? I hate you!"

I casually glanced at Tay who was currently unpacking our bags.

We decided to settle in a luxurious beach resort just a five-hour drive from the city. He actually wanted to go somewhere far other than the beach but I told him I wasn't able to enjoy our company outing last time so he just gave me what I wanted.

I hid a smile as I remembered what happened last night and I could feel my cheeks reddening as I realized that I unintentionally confessed my feelings for him.

I didn't expect things would turn out like that.

But well.

I'm still happy it turned out that way.

"Yah. I was planning to tell, okay? It's just that Tay unexpectedly dragged me into a trip."

"Don't tell me he's using the prize he won?"

I unintentionally giggled at the thought making Gun snort on the other end.

"Come on. Stop being mad at me already. And besides we just got together last night."

"Fine. But you better tell me every single detail when you come back."

"I promise, I will. So stop sulking already."

"Yeah, yeah. Don't forget to bring me something when you come back."

"Yes. See you."

"Was it Gun"? Tay asked as I sat beside him and helped him unpack, but he just grabbed my hand and made me sit on his lap.

"Yeah. He's sulking because I didn't tell him about us."

"Why? What's with us?"

I rolled my eyes as Tay grinned widely at me before nuzzling my neck.

"Tss. I don't know. You tell me."

"Uhm, I guess the kiss mark I made on your neck pretty much summarizes everything."

That made me giddy, but I hid the smile on my face.

I lightly hit his shoulder which made him laugh even more.

"Did you know how horrified I was when I saw the hickey you made this morning? Tss. I shouldn't have let you kiss me last night."

"Well, says the one who grabbed me into a kiss."

"Tss. I, I was just checking if you're good at it."

"Ohoh. So how was your assessment?"

"Well, not that bad."

Okay, that was lie.

He's a pretty good kisser.

I mean, he could win a contest if there's one but I didn't wanna feed his ego so I lied.
