"You watched as I crumbled into pieces and vanished,
You left me to face these feelings alone.
I begged for you not to go away, As you slowly slipped away"

Chaos.

Remember the prologue of this book/diary where I had mentioned my life was chaos?

Incase you're wondering?

Yes its me, Meeza.
Meeza Ahsan.

The protagonist, so where was I?

Chaos.

It all started today, the day everything was finished, the day everything turned to dusk, and all hope I had inside me died, let's get back to the story, and start this day...

Chicago 5th August 2014

"Assalamu Alaikum beta, how are you my lovely?" A lady who looked six foot tall greeted Meeza. She had a deep hoarse voice, For a woman it was odd. She held out her hand to shake Meeza's hand. Her gold loop earrings dangling.

"Alhamdulillah Aunty Fazila how are you?" Meeza shook her hand. Her grip tightened on Meeza's hand and slowly she let go. She had makeup that didn't do much on her dark, wrinkly and sagging skin. She resembled a gypsy from the hunch back of notre dam. Meeza sat down joining her and Aunty Rida in the ladies lounge.

"Thank you so much for making it to Chicago specially for my party Fazila, it's an honor to have you here" Aunty Rida thanked her. It was another one of Aunty Ridas famous never ending parties. Meeza had gotten used to them by now.

"Oh it was no big deal, Rida who is this young lady?" she asked with a huge question mark on her face.

"Where are my manners, meet Meeza, my daughter in law, isn't she beautiful" Aunty Rida flashed a smile as she proudly introduced Meeza and began with her compliments.

"Oh mom, please" she smiled coyly.

"She's gorgeous, as white as snow, just like a beautiful China Doll" Aunty Fazila complimented playfully tugging her rosy cheeks. Meeza could feel her face heating up. The way she looked at Meeza made her uncomfortable.

"She's my snow white" Aunty Rida winked at Meeza and pulled her into a side hug.

"JazakAllah" Meeza blushed.

"Meeza please bring Aunty fazila some snacks" Aunty Rida ordered Meeza.

"Jee mom" she replied almost too soon and made a dash for the kitchen. She hummed to a tune as she got the snacks on a tray.

She filled a tray with assorted biscuits, chocolate doughnuts and her favourite mini cheddar biscuits.

"Let me help you maam" Ana appeared dragging a trolley alongside.
