I could listen to your sweet, sweet voice,
Like a nightingale's,
Only your's was sweeter, dipped in honey,
And chirpier
And sexy!
A feeling engulfed me.
My ears gained life,
The truth being that they lived,
When they felt the vibrations of your voice.
Your voice echoed across me out loud,
Commanding your presence through every bit of me,
Reverberating you in my abstract conscience and reality.
I walked behind you silently,
Filling every step you left on the undeserving concrete.
Close enough yet far.
You turned to your friend,
And Bam!
I saw your face.
The countenance from the side.
And I just stilled.
I couldn't walk towards you.
Not anymore.
