Sweet nothings

I see you from the corner

Of my sight.

You are seeing me too.

Suddenly I become alive,

I remember putting this bright lip colour on,

For you.

You pass me by,

And you smile at me,

My heart stops.

For a while,

And when it resumes,

It honks bizarrely.

Is this love?

Umm! I don't even know you yet,

But when I see you sad,

My insides become dark too.

When I see you smiling,

That day is the best day ever.

I walk with friends,

And you come to me,

And say,

"Can I talk to you?"

And all that remains is just you and me

In this ginormous world,

And in our sweet nothings,

We share our first everythings.
