The alice blue
Which had shown as pearls in your eyes,
The carnation pink
Which warmed your cheeks lesser than warming my heart.
The emerald green
Which lent a jealous umbrella in the rain I dripped wet with an other girl.
The vanilla yellow
Of the perfection you wore,
Brightened up my day more than sun could ever do.
The midnight black
Threw pebbles of rash that sneaked when I didn't understand you.
The porcelain white
Of pure innocent bliss which shelled us into the clay of effervescent love.
I knew each color.
Every shade of each,
With you.
My life was a plain white paper,
And you drew with all colors on it.
But that was when I was with you.
And now,
It is just grey.
Just a mix of black and white.
No, not like before,
Like the sky dries up at the loss of rain and the sun.
