That, Which shines from inside

I look beyond the dark sky,

Shining with twinkles,

Scattered around.

I can't sleep

But I have got 

Friends awake too.

The stars!

Twinkling through the night,

Giving me light of hope,

That someone is awake,

That someone is still shining,

When there is darkness around.

That someone is the light,

When the environ is devoid of it.

That there is humanity,

Even in the forest.

That there is hope,

Even in the frailest times.

Giving me hope of life,

That nothing,

Even darkness all around,

Can't dim the light,

Which shines from within.
