Talent

Talent always wins,

Today or tomorrow,

Only if motivation persists,

Only if hard work exhibits,

Only if the trust stays,

In self and the talent,

It won't ever go unnoticed.

Talent never dies,

Even if it is strangled.

All that can be controlled,

Is just a disguise, no talent.

Talent is never defeated,

All that is defeated is vanity.

The poem only says that true talent never loses.

If it loses the talent is not trusted by the master of it or he doesn't have courage, hard work or motivation enough to take it through dark waters. So, don't give in. Trust your talents, Motivate yourself if no-one else does.
