When the tide of time,
Is against you.
And the world doesn't seem,
Favourable.
When the shore of life,
Unseen.
And then, you must travel,
To the other land.
When your head is low,
Defeated.
And you are bent down,
Chained and convicted,
Of the felony,
You know nothing about.
Of the tragedy,
You feel yourself wrapped in.
When dunes encircle you,
With thunders ominous
And the storms uproot you,
From your own conscience.
And every known face,
Is acting unknown.
And every friendship,
Is failing to own.
I will be there,
In every reality,
With all your silent pleas,
I will, there be.
Standing by you,
Lengthening your spine,
For you to man up,
For you to stand up.
I will be there,
To wipe your tears,
Over my shoulder.
I will be there,
To make you cross,
The leviathan boulder.
I will be there,
As your shadow on the floor.
I will be the ground,
To give you the push,
And make you soar!
