Mama Sae part 3

Sae PoV

" Ay Ay Captain..........." The kid said while blankly staring at the screen.

I was doing some work on a table while Kiyotaka was seated a the couch watching......you guessed it...

Spongebob Squarepants.

" Let me hear youuuu! " the ' pirate' from the TV said.

" Ay Ay captain...." He didn't even bother to try and lift his tone.

Seriously, couldn't he sound a bit more like a normal kid...?

" OOOOOHHHHHH" The Pirate said.

I saw Kiyotaka raised his arms in the sky slowly.

" Ooohhhhh....." he said.

I snickered at this.

I suddenly hear my phone receive a notification.

I picked my phone up and saw that it was a text from Chie.

What in the world does she want...?

I began to read the text message.

' Sae-chaaan~! I hope you remember that it's our drinking day~! I'm coming over~! ' it said.

My eyes widened.

' SHIT! This is a big no-no.' I thought.

I immediately typed my reply.

' Sorry, not today Chie. I'm quite busy.' After typing, I quickly hit send.

I sighed in relief, thinking that I stopped her in time.

* DING!*

My phone notified me again.....

I slowly opened it and read the message.

' Nope~ I'm already coming upstairs! ' it said.

" SHIT!" I said.

I stood up from my seat and turned off the TV.

Kiyotaka looked at me with a confused look fused with disappointment.

" What?" He asked.

" I want you to hide in the closet." I said.

He tilts his head.

" Wh-" before he could finish, I immediately grabbed him, opened the closet and placed him there.

" Stay here. And don't make a sound." I said before closing the doors.

I hear a knock on my door.

" Saeeee-chaaannnnnn!!!" I heard her voice yell from the other side.

I sighed and went to the door.

I opened it to see my 'closest friend' smiling at me while holding a bottle of wine.

" Let's drink!" She cheered.

" Actually, I was maybe thi-" she cut me off.

" Stop making excuses! We barely hang out nowadays, you know? So let's make up for it with a drinking night!" She said and then walked inside, pushing past me.

I sighed and closed the door.

" We literally hung out a few days ago...." I said.

" Time flies by so fast! " she said, completely disregarding my words.
