Voice-less, Not Useless

I'm sitting in the Truck next to my little Battle buddy, it been years since I was really enjoying the Fire range, I didn't enjoy it when I first Enlisted, but I came to enjoy it, but then when I was send out in battle I didn't enjoy it, but I was proud of serving, and I was going to The fire range once a months before and now I'm going three times a week with MY buddy and she is driving and she is listen to me speak, I see her park her truck outside the Range, and she jump out and I follow her.

"Come here buddy" I tell her and she take a her case of the her sniper rifle and her other weapon, and I have my weapon too but She is always carry them.

"Welcome back Wolf, it's good to see you again, You have really start using your pass, We have start applying for your friend to have her own pass" The Owner say and I nod as I hear this and Tiny is smiling at him.

"Will you make sure that her pass is saying that she don't speak, and put her favorite range and her weapon on the on the Pass, Tiny use ASL and her own sign to speak but they are not easy to understand, she also have a notepad with her but if she can get away with not using it she will do It" I tell him and he nod as he write it down.

"Thank you, Can we use the range we always use?" I ask and he smile.

"Yes, and here are the targets" He tells us and give us the Targets and I take them as we are walking out to the range.

We are walking to the Range where We have been using for most of our time here, I see Tiny sit down and he take out her Sniper rifle, I don't know how she became that good of a shot, but she have been helping me enjoy the shooting.

"You really enjoy this time" I tell her and she nod as she is place it together.

"When you get your pass will you still go here with me?" I ask and she look up and then I see her do a sign on her right side of her chest and then she brush her right shoulder.

"I don't know that one" I tell her and She sigh as she take out the notepad, I don't really haven't learned her sign because she don't trying to speak that much around me and I always talk and she is one of the few people that just allow me to talk.

'You are Family Wolf, You are not a dragon or Dragonling but you are a USMC, meaning you are my Uncle or Father, even a Brother, We are family, And you made me your Battle buddy, you don't abandon your Buddy, you just have to share me when my Dragons get here' She have written and I smile at this.

"The sign you did?" I ask and then I see her point at the word Battle buddy and I frown.

"Can you do it again" I ask and she point at Battle and she pat her right side of the chest with a flat hand and then she point at buddy and she brush her right shoulder with her right hand, and then she do it all together, and it's all done with flowing movement and I do it with her and she grab my hand and set it on my chest and help me tap it once and then she help me move my hand up to brush my shoulder.

"Okay, I think that I Get it" I tell her and she smiling at me and I see her take the targets and I walk with her up the range to put them up, I see her looking at me as we are walking back to the start point and We are getting our weapon out and I see Tiny lay down as she take aim.

"Alright lets see it" I tell her and she take her first shoot and she hit dead center and I'm not surprised.

"My turn" I tell her and she take the Binoculars from me and I take her place and she take my place and she place a foot on my waist this is the sign she taught me the first time that she was ready and had the target in sight and I take the shoot and I hope that I got it good, and I feel her touch my leg close to the Knee.

"Shit let me see" I tell her and I take Binoculars and I see that I did hit the second Ring around Five o'clock I sigh as I'm sit up.

"Your turn" I tell her and she take her weapon and she wait until I tell her that she can take the shoot and once again she shoot straight in the Center.
