Y/n Pov

My eyes sting as they open fully.

My first instinct is to roll over and grab my phone.

I would've done that, except I finally managed to remember what the weight in my arms was, Akali laid limply in my grasp.

Maaaaaaan... my arms feel so fucking numb.

I stay still for a moment trying to devise a way to get off the bed without waking Akali.

Okay, if I shift myself to the right and then duck myself a little, I think I can slip her off me.

I'll fall to the floor but that's fine as long as I don't drop too hard.

I put my plan into action.

Slowly, I shift to my right, and the second I do Akali scoots closer.

She grumbled something in a low tone before clutching my shirt.

Ah... shit.

In the position I was in, I was too far right to move left, but I wasn't close enough to the ground to fall, to make things worse my body was straining itself to keep still.

I have to move!

I used a last-ditch attempt to move.

I practically jumped off the bed and landed as quietly as I could.

Hooooooo okay, nice, it worked out.

I hear a soft moan and the sound of a blanket dropping to the floor.

Ah, shit...

I smile a little.

Starting to feel like a broken record.

Akali stretches, I hear her bones pop and crack as she does.

I struggle to stand up, as my body was still waking up.

There we go, one step at a time.

Akali finished stretching, and I notice her looking around.

Akali: "Y/n...?"

She whispered out, sounding scared.

Me: "Right next to you."

I rested my hand on the bed.

She turns and sighs in relief.

I noticed that she was quivering.

Me: "You okay Akali?"

I sat next to her as she hugged her knees.

Akali: "I'm fine."

I hum questioningly.

Me: "You sure?"

She nodded silently.

She's not.

I sigh to myself, and I see her flinch as I do.

Me: "C'mon Akali, you know you can let me know what's up."

I place my hand on her knee.

She sighed before dropping her legs.

Akali: "It's stupid."

I move closer.

Me: "A lot of things are, still, there's always someone that cares about something stupid."

She chuckled and rested her head on my shoulder.

She was quiet for a moment but soon spoke up.

Akali: "Well, I woke up and when I didn't see you I thought last night was a dream."
