Kai'sa PoV

"Why'd you miss practice yesterday!"

"Did something happen!"

"You promised you'd be there Kai'sa..."

I sigh deeply, feeling overwhelmed by the dance group surrounding me.

Jeez, I would've stayed home if I would have know I'd be in this much trouble.

"Look... Something urgent came up yesterday—"

I feel a presence behind me.

"It's none of your damn business why she missed practice."

Turning to my left, I see Evelynn approaching, with her arms crossed underneath her chest.

Instantly, I notice a shift in the tone of my group.

"Ah... Evelynn..."

Dina turns to me with a nervous look on her face.

"S-Sorry, we'll see you later..."

The group turns, walking away from Evelynn and me.

What was that about?

"You alright, Kai'sa?"

I give her a weird look, but nod.

"I'm fine..."

She purses her lips and turns on her heel.

"Good, now if you don't mind... I have a few questions I want answered."

She glared at me through the side of her eye.

The golden glint of her eyes added an air of intimidation to her demeanor.

"Does, The Emperor, ring any bells?"

My eyes widen.

How does she...

"So it does, hm."

She turned to face me fully.

"Now, my dear Kai'sa, you're going to tell me everything you know about Y/n... or else, I'll have no choice but to reveal all the information I've gathered to the public."

Although she was shorter than me, I still found myself intimated by the girl.

Something deep down told me she had done things like this before.

It clicked in my brain, why my dance group left in such a hurry.

The air around me felt dense.

My throat closed up as she approached closer and closer.

She had me up against the wall.

"I don't—"

She placed her finger on my lips, silencing me.

"You see, I've uncovered quite a few crimes, crimes committed by Y/n. You standing here, are one of the accomplices to his crimes, so unless you want to spend the rest of your miserable life in prison, speak up."

I look away from her.

I can't—

Not to Y/n.

"Not to mention... I've heard a few rumors, that you were touching up on my dear Akali..."

Her cold flare made me want to shrivel up.

"Are you trying to break their hearts, hmm? They look happy together... And if you think I'll let someone like you... hurt what they have..."
