Okay, that should be everything.

I let out a long sigh of relief.

Took me six fuckin' hours to get everything set up.

Between the reservations, scenic rides, and the fireworks, it was a real pain in the ass to get done.

A couple of Noxi boys scrambled around tto prepare everything I requested

It'll all be worth it by the end of this.

I smile.

Reggie: "Ayo bossman!"

I turn around.

Me: "Yeah, Reg?"

He tossed down a firework.

Reggie: "We got most of them in, but a couple of 'em were duds."

I rub my face in exasperation.

Me: "I need all of them in, Reggie, this shit has to be perfect."

He shrugged.

Reggie: "Alright bossman, I'll find a way."

He walked away to gather the boys.

Speaking of boys--

I check my phone for the time.

I should start heading over.

Me: "Oi! Get this shit done while I'm gone!"

I heard the grunting of my fellow Noxian morons.

Good, the Noxian blood is boiling.

I walked to my car and opened the door before sliding into the driver's seat.

I shut the door once I was inside, turned the engine on, and back out of the parking lot.

Akali PoV

I walk out of the school, with a feeling of boredom following me.

Always the same bullshit at this school.

Some idiot got exposed by Evelynn for having seven different STDS.

Typical Evelynn moment, nothing she can't find, nothing she finds sacred.

Well... except me, I guess.

I continue walking, pondering on Evelynn.

She seemed like she cared at the very least.

I sigh and look up, spotting Kai'sa talking with Chris.

She notices me.

Kai'sa: "Akali!"

She waves to me with a smile on her face.

I get the urge to smile back.

Me: "Yo."

Chris turns around and waves too.

Me: "Are you waiting for Y/n too?"

She shook her head.

Kai'sa: "I'm just keeping an eye on Chris."
