Heart Break Part I

Y/n PoV

I sighed in relief.

Me: "Okay, that should be all of it."

It took me a hot minute but I finally managed to fix everything up.

I check my phone for the time.

4:34, good, means I have enough time to pull this off.

I rush back to my car and drove home.

Akali PoV

My head rested in Kai'sas' lap as she finished up her story.

Me: "Woah... I had no idea."

Kai'sa giggled.

Kai'sa: "If you think it's shocking now, then imagine how I felt seeing a 6'2 behemoth dancing with the grace of a gold swan."

I smile at her.

Me: "I can imagine that would be a little more shocking."

I chuckled with her.

I guess Y/n is a lot more eccentric than I thought.

I mean, he dances, he sings, he loves all the good music, and he loves animals.

For the last fifty or so minutes, Kai'sa had been teaching me about all things Y/n.

From his favorite food to hobbies, and even the small preferences he has for all the mundane things in life.

Kai'sa: "That's all I can think to say about, Y/n."

She smiled warmly as her hand raked gently through my hair.

Me: "I think you've said plenty already."

My opinion of Kai'sa had changed, I thought she was a bubbly, naive girl.

But she is smart and incredibly caring.

I closed my eyes but continued to smile.

Me: "I'm a little nervous Kai, what if—"

She quickly cut me off.

Kai'sa: "Ah! Ah! No what ifs, you'll only be making excuses for yourself."

She squeezed my face.

Kai'sa: "Have a little faith in yourself, I believe in you."

My heart beat quicker, hearing her words of encouragement.

Me: "Okay! I'm doing it!—"

The door swung open, there stood Y/n.

He was still dressed up nicely, but he looked worn out.

Y/n: "Heh... Getting a little comfy with each other huh?"

I sat up quickly.

Kai'sa: "Yeah, we were talking earlier and we mentioned you. It's almost scary how good the timing was."

He chuckled.
