Soon Milo goes to bed because he's been up all night and I know he needs some rest, he told me he won't be able to sleep but with the amount of alcohol in his system, I'm sure he'll pass out.

I told him I'll be here for him if he needs me. To talk things through or for a shoulder to cry on. But I have every faith that this can be fixed. Milo is great, he's welcoming and warm and he makes me feel at home. He has done since the second I walked through this door.

He's amazing and if he can make it up to his mate for what happened, I know they can get through anything. No one will want to miss out on their mate, especially when I know what it's like to have Everett.

It's magical. No. It's beyond magic. It's beyond this earth.

I've been up in Everett's room... which is kind of my room now. Waiting for him to come home from whatever he's been doing today but I don't mind, I quite like the silence and time to myself when I know he's busy.

So I rearrange my clothes into the empty drawers. I know he made space for me a while ago but I never moved my things from the spare room, it feels right to do it now and I know for a fact Everett will love it.

Officially moved in.

My skin raises in goosebumps, Everett's breathtaking scent becomes much stronger. I whip my head over my shoulder as he emerges from the hall, his eyes falling upon mine instantly.

"Hi, beautiful." He flashes me a mouthwatering smile.

"Hi," I replicate his expression, pushing my blonde hair behind my shoulders. Everett walks closer to me and pecks me on the lips. A well needed kiss after being away from each other all day. A couple of hours but it feels like weeks. "Work all done?"

Everett hums against my lips and the vibrations have fireworks erupting in my brain. "Yes," he rasps. "I'm all yours, angel."

He pulls away slowly and glances around the room. For some reason my cheeks begin to flush with heat because I made this decision on my own. "Did you bring your things over from the other room?"

"Yeah. I hope that's okay."

Everett huffs out a short breath through his nose, gripping my fingers. "This room is yours, this house is yours. Everything I own is yours, Reign. Never forget that."

"I just thought it was time to move my stuff over," I admit. I'm still blushing. Stupid cheeks. "I never sleep in the other room so there was no point going back and forth."

He curls his lips. He's amused by my pathetic rambling. "Reign," he mumbles and I slap my mouth together. "I'm pleased you feel comfortable enough to do that. I want this room to be yours, to be ours."

Heat now spreads from my cheeks to my chest. "Okay."

"How was your day?"

Everett steps back to unbutton his shirt and somehow I'm drooling over his toned abs and broad shoulders all over again. Even though I've seen it all a handful of times, I will never get over the sight of him.
