elena sits on the pink carpet as y/n braids her mousy brown hair so she can put a scarf over it.
"why are you good at braiding?" she says, eating a pretzel with pink icing and white sprinkles over it.
"my dad...he was good at it," y/n mutters, finishing the end. "he always did my mother's hair before she passed away," y/n inspects her art before smiling as it is done. "finished!"
elena takes her phone, turning on the camera. and she smiles. y/n actually did pretty well.
"you did alright," elena shrugs, turning her phone off. y/n rolls her eyes, getting off her bed. "what? i didn't say you did bad,"
"you love me, elena," y/n laughs. "just admit it," now, it's elena's turn to roll her eyes. elena reaches into her bag, getting her purple scarf.
sailor barks loudly, barging into y/n's room with herny behind him.
"i'm so sorry, miss," herny says with a slight huff. he's pretty old. "he just would not stay with me," sailor jumps onto y/n who picks him up with ease.
"it's okay, henry," y/n smiles. "hello, baby!" sailor barks in joy, licking y/n's face. "gross, sailor! we have a guest,"
sailor jumps down running at elena. elena drops her scarf in relex, sailor slobbering all over it.
"sailor!" the dog barks, running out the room. "get back here, you naughty dog!" both y/n and herny chase after the golden furred puppy as elena just laughs. she picks up the scarf, looking at it.
