Once Rocket was fully healed from his injuries, Vine Staff went on a little break. She knew how Shuriken was still recovering, and with Slingshot out of the house, it was quieter. Vine Staff put on a scarf and a pink coat before going on a walk. In Blackrock, it was a cold and depressing place. It was all serious there, but if Vine Staff wanted a new member, she had to go through the most depressing faction there was. It was very modern here, and all Vine Staff could see were multiple Biographs walking around. It was disturbing to her, but she knew to not get distracted. She entered a building and took the elevator. She then found Subspace in his lab, and he looked like he was sleeping, so Vine Staff slapped him awake.

      "GAHHH!! WHAT THE FUCK!?" Subspace yelped, and when he saw Vine Staff, he got confused. "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE!?"

      "Hi! Do you know if there are any Biographs I could buy? My house is a bit lonely, and I need an extra hand to help me move my plants!" Vine Staff's tone was very sweet, and she acted as if she didn't just slap Subspace. Subspace hesitated before nodding and stood up.

      "What ty--"

      "Any Biograph."

      "Fourteen thousand bux."

      "Here," Vine Staff handed Subspace her credit card and paid.

    "Okay, my beautiful invention will be delivered in like... I don't know?"

     "Thanks," Vine Staff walked away, and she left Blackrock. It was chilly over there, and Vine Staff was still shivering when she got home.

    Shuriken peeked his head from the stairs. "YIPPEE!! YOU'RE BACK!!" Shuriken ran to hug his sister, and Vine Staff returned the hug. Shuriken asked, "Could we please go bug-catching later?" Vine Staff nodded and went upstairs to take a shower.

     A week later, a package arrived at their doorstep. "Vine Staff! There's a package outside, and it's heavy!" Shuriken yelled. Vine Staff quickly walked down the stairs and helped Shuriken drag the package inside. Vine Staff told Shuriken to go upstairs. From there, Vine Staff opened the package, and a powered-off Biograph was there. Vine Staff turned them on. "HELLO. I AM BIOGRAPH #9264," the Biograph spoke.

       Vine Staff smiled softly and asked, "Hi! Could I rename you?" The Biograph nodded, and Vine Staff thought for a moment before saying her decision, "Your new name is... Lilac!"

      "MY NAME IS... LILAC?"

       "Mhm!" Vine Staff answered. She looked at the robot and thought they could use some decoration. Vine Staff crafted a flower crown and gave Lilac it to wear.

      Shuriken came downstairs, and when he saw Lilac, he was surprised. "Whoa!" he looked so happy, and Vine Staff loved it. It had been a while since he was happy like that.

     "She can go bug catching with you," Vine Staff said.

      "She?" Shuriken asked.

      "Uhh, I meant they, but I guess we could use she," Vine Staff shrugged, and Shuriken felt excited.
