"Why does it feel like I haven't seen you in ages?" Anna asked, pouting as she pulled me in for a hug.

"Don't forget about me!" a blonde-haired Maggie exclaimed, joining us for a group hug. I laughed as I hugged them both.

"It's been awhile since we hung out," I said, sitting down on my bed. Anna and Maggie decided to come over to my place for a sleepover. Frankly, I needed it. I spent so much time on myself (and Roman), it's time I hang out with others.

"So, how's everything with Roman?" Maggie asked, laying down.

"We're good," I said with a smile.

"I have a confession to make," Anna said, leaning against my wall. I grinned, already knowing what her secret was. "Asher and I are together."

"I fucking knew it!" Maggie squealed, jumping up and down on my bed. I laughed at the two of them. "I fucking knew you two had a thing for each other! Why aren't you freaking out with me?"

"I saw them making out yesterday," I said, adjusting myself so I propped my head up.

"And you didn't say anything?"

"No. I just figured you'd let us know when you wanted us to know." Anna grinned, hugging us both tightly.

"Now all we need to do is hook you up with Tony," I told Maggie. She blushed in response.

"I knew you liked him!" Anna accused.

"I doubt he'd date me," she mumbled.

"I doubt he'd not not date you," Anna retorted. "Did that make sense?"

"Probably not but it's okay, I think we all know what you meant by that," I said.

"What are you and Roman going to do when summer ends?" Maggie asked.

I pursed my lips, clutching the pillow next to me. "I don't really know. We haven't really talked about it."

"Well you're not too far away," Anna said. "It's just a few hours drive. I'm sure either one of you could drive to each other during the weekends."

"That's true," I murmured. "I don't know. I mean, it'll feel all weird not seeing him all the time."

Maggie snorted. "You two are practically joined at the hip. I don't even know how we were able to hang out with just you." I rolled my eyes as Anna giggled.

"Maybe because I invited you, you asswipe," I retorted. They laughed. "But what about you guys? What are you doing for college?"

"We're dorming together at Rutgers, the state college," Anna answered. "I'm majoring in Fashion Design." I nodded. Anna was definitely the most fashionable out of the three of us.

"I applied for Criminal Justice," Maggie said.

"I know Asher's going for Criminal Justice too," Anna said.

"Tony's going for Business," Maggie said.

"Like Roman," I added.

Roman was following in his parents' footsteps. Considering his dad owns a few companies, it's safe to say that he doesn't have to worry about applying or accepting any jobs. His future was already set for him.

Meanwhile, I'm still debating on what I want to do. I mean, I've applied as an Education major, but what if that's not the major for me? Is it really what I want? Is it something I see myself in ten years? Is it something I can succeed in? I mean, I don't even know anymore.

I shook my head, trying to push the topic away. It was something that got me overthinking and that usually leads to negative things I vowed myself I wouldn't do.

"I can't believe summer's nearly over," Maggie said, pouting. Anna laid in between us as we stared up at my ceiling. When I got back from New York, I had taken down some of the glow in the dark stars from my room and put some up here.

"It feels like it flew by," Anna murmured. "There's not even two weeks left."

"I mean it was only three months long," I added. "Summer isn't long enough."

"I don't understand why summer is less than three months, but school is literally nine months," Maggie said, sitting up. "I mean, think about it. Why do we spend eight or nine hours in a building where nearly half the shit we're taught isn't relevant to what we want to do in our future? Why can't we just have separate classes that pertain to a specific job? Like teach them what they actually need to know rather than random bullshit. What lawyer needs to know about Freud and how messed up in the head he was? There is literally no correlation between the two."

"Wow Maggs, you used a big word," Anna teased. She glared at her as I laughed.

"You should definitely become a public speaker," I teased.

"I can see it already," Anna said, sitting up excitedly. "Maggie for prez! I can totally be your fashion designer! I can picture it now! Anna and Maggie take over the White House with style!"

"Why is your name first?"

"Because A comes before M, duh."

"Now that I think about it..." Maggie trailed off, pretending to stare off into space. I simply laughed at my two best girl friends.

A/N: Adele's new song is so beautiful and it makes me overthink.
