Lucy's POV

"You look beautiful to me!" Those words echoed in my head, I wasn't nervous nor embarrassed, I was happy.

Very happy.

We were running along the cobbled path with sound of my plastic bag rustling against the wind. It was wonderful indeed. I still had no idea where we were heading to, but that didn't matter as long as I'm with him. That's how I felt at that moment. Sting made me feel free...

As we were still running and laughing the whole time, he suddenly stopped dead in his tracks and my nose bumped onto his back.

"Ow!" I winced as I started to rub my nose in pain, "What's wrong?" I tip-toed and looked over his broad shoulders. His expression was so... How do I say this? It looks like his face is sparkling.

With his eyes shining brighter than the sun and his lips curving into a smile, he looked at me with excitement in his eyes, "Lucy, look! It's the Rainbow Sakura Tree!" He said pointing his index finger infront. I shifted my gaze away from him to see what's there, and wow, that is...breath taking.

"Beautiful..." I mumbled.

"Just like you," Sting said as he squeezed my hand.

I blushed. I'm feeling anxious now, my stomach did a little flip sending vibes throughout my body. I looked at him only to see his indigo eyes penetrating into my brown ones.

He has such mysterious eyes...

"Lucy..." He said in a almost inaudible voice. I stared at him, not wanting to look away from those eyes. He cupped my face with his big warm hands, we were inching closer for each other again... But suddenly, he removed his and looked away, ruffling his hair, "Let's go." I nodded awkwardly, feeling a little disappointed.

Natsu's POV

Lucy Lucy Lucy, that woman, she's making me feel...nauseous? No no, that's not right. She's making me feel uneasy? That's right, uneasy. Just now, she looked at me with such sad eyes holding so much pain.

Why...?

Wait no, this is wrong. She's my enemy. She made everyone go all funny on me. I don't have time to worry about her...I need someone to talk to...

I kicked some pebbles as I walked aimlessly around the streets in Magnolia, that is 'till I saw someone there as well.

Lisanna.

She looked lovely as usual, I ran up to her and hugged her from the back, "Lisanna!" I breathed in the aroma of her hair as I wrapped my arms around her slender waist.

She turned behind looking at me with her blue orbs before breaking into a warm smile, "Natsu." She broke the hug and we had a small chat.

"Oh right! Natsu, are you free now?" She asked looking straight at me. "Yeah, of course." I said with a grin. "Great!" She squealed and held my hand tightly, "Let's go shopping!"

Before I could even answer her, she started dragging me to all sorts of shops, oh well, as much as I hate shopping, there's no way I would want that angelic smile to turn into a frown would I?

Especially not hers.

You have no idea how much I love this girl. I entwined our fingers together and continued shopping. She looked at me with a dumbfounded expression with her face as red as a tomato. I chuckled.

We walked and walked, buying almost everything we see, my pocket is going to feel so empty soon, but still, as long as Lisanna likes it, everything's fine. One day, I will man up and tell her how I feel.

But somehow, this feels wrong...It's as if I wasn't suppose to feel this way for Lisanna..but someone else.
