Lucy's POV

Sigh.

I woke up and I rubbed my eyes. Ugh, it feels so puffy from crying last night. Damn, I've been really emotional nowadays. I got out of my bed as I strolled in the kitchen half asleep. I noticed a note on the table, "Good morning sweetheart, I've made you some pancakes for breakfast. It's in the fridge. Sorry I can't be by your side this morning, I have a mission to finish. Have a nice day. Love you, Sting."

A small smile curved on my lips as I opened the refrigerator. Well at least I have breakfast. I took out the plate of pancakes that was shaped as a heart. I laughed, how cheesy can he be? I reheated the pancakes and started eating them.

Holy, this is tasty. I started stuffing myself with those holy goodness. After devouring those tasty pancakes, I got myself ready to head out.

As I stepped out of my apartment, I thought, "Hmmm, it's still early. I don't feel like going to the guild yet..." I was in deep thoughts until an idea popped in my mind. That's right, let's go to the central of Magnolia!

I walked happily down the pavement as I hummed a tune, it's been a while since I've been to the central after all. When I arrived, there was quite an amount of people there. "Woah, there's so much people." I mumbled. I walked past shops and shops 'till a shop caught my eye.

I stopped infront of that flower shop as a memory flashed through my mind.

"What's this flower?" I asked as I inhaled the fresh aroma of the flowers.

"Uh... The staff said it was Yellow... um... Yellow Acapla" He said as he flubbed the words.

"Yellow Acapla? Do you mean Yellow Acacia?" I cocked my brow.

"Um... W-Whatever! They're the same!" He said with his face filled with embarrassment. I laughed again.

I smiled to myself as I thought about it. Unconsciously, I walked into that shop and kept a lookout for that yellow flower. I walked in further and a brilliant flower stood out from the rest.

Ah, Yellow Acacia...

I caressed the flower gently as I thought of Sting. How exquisite...

"Hello, how may I help you young lady?" An old woman smiled kindly at me. "Oh um nothing at the moment. I was just looking at the Acacia." I smiled back. "Okay, tell me if you need anything. Hmm, now that I think about it, there was blonde boy from a few weeks ago that was staring at this flower for quite awhile just like you," She laughed at the thought of it. "He bought a bouquet of it immediately when I told him the meaning of the flowers." She reminisced.

Sting..?

"W-what was the meaning of these flowers?" I asked. "Oh it means concealed love." She replied. My heart thumped.

C-Concealed love?

I didn't know Sting was such a romantic guy. Wait, maybe it isn't him dammit, get a hold of yourself. "I think his arm held the Sabertooth insignia? I can't really remember..." The old woman said as she tapped her chin. I blushed furiously as I placed a hand over my mouth. "T-Thanks." I replied shakily as I walked quickly out of the shop.

Oh my god.

Why does he do these things for me? He's always going out of his way... Sting was always there. No matter what...

With a determined look, I thought,

I want to see him.

I walked with determination as I started looking out for someone blonde. Wait hold on, he said he was on a mission didn't he? Ah damn, I don't even know how many days this mission will take. What should I do?

Hmm..Oh wait... Maybe I could go there..?

And here I am. Infront of the infamous guild.

Sabertooth.

I gulped as I looked at how huge the doors were. S-So this is the tiger's den... Just when I was getting ready to enter the guild, someone spoke from the back, "What do you want?" I turned around to find the source of that voice only to find a man with raven black hair and a... frog-like cat? "Oh um e-er. I'm looking for someone named Sting Eucliffe?" I replied nervously. "Sting? What do you want from him? Who are you?" He started shooting me with questions. "U-um I'm his girlfriend." That man glared at me, "Girlfriend? Seriously? Do you people have no other excuses? Girls come here everyday saying they're Sting's girlfriend. Use a better excuse next time." He replied sharply.

I didn't know Sting was that popular. I pouted slightly at that thought.

Shit wait, he's leaving.

I turned around quickly, "I'm serious! I'm really his girlfriend!" I raised my voice. He looked behind and said, "Fine then, what's your name." I replied, "I'm Lucy. Lucy Heartfilia."

Then, that man's eyes widened, "...So you're Lucy." I nodded. He let out a small sigh before asking, "So what is it you want?"

Oh thank god, he knows me.

"I want to know where Sting is." I said. "Sting is on a mission right now," He replied quickly as if he's tired from all these talking. "I know, but where is he?" I repeated my question. He clicked his tongue before replying, "He's at Nilla Ville, if you have nothing else to say, I'm leaving." Then, he headed for the the gates.

Nilla Ville?

Isn't that where we found Lisanna? There was something fishy about that place... Dammit, I need to find Sting fast! "Thanks!" I said as I ran off to the train station.

I bought a ticket to Nilla Ville as i boarded the train. "Sting... Please be safe..." I prayed silently in my heart.

After a long ride, I finally arrived. Tsk, this place is still filled with an unpleasant aura. I walked around as I called out, "Sting..! Sting! Where are you!" I walked further into the town. I noticed that all the houses were all run-down and there was no soul in sight.

Tch, I started increasing my pace 'till I reached a huge building. Vines and plants were wrapping around the walls.

*clang clang clang*

Weapons...? There's someone fighting inside! I ran inside as I could hear an squeaky voice, "-ing-kun! Sting-kun! Please stand up!"

Sting?

I ran faster than ever until I found Sting laying on the floor powerlessly. "Sting!" I ran to his aid. He opened one of his eyes as he looked at me, "L-Lucy..." He was breathing heavily. "Sshh, don't speak. Rest." I looked at the exceed beside him and said, "Please take good care of Sting." The exceed nodded as he sobbed. Just when I was about to stand up, Sting held my wrists, "N-No... Lucy... Run away! She's too strong..." He said urgently. I gave him my brightest smile as I said, "No, I would never run away. This time, I will protect you, alright?" I stood up and faced the front as I held took out two of my keys, commanding, "The Gate Of The Golden Bull, I open thee! Taurus! The Gate Of The Lion, I open thee! Leo!" The familiar golden light embraced the place as two celestial beings stood beside me. "At your service, Lucy." The both of them said confidently.

"Leo! Taurus!" I smiled at my companions as I searched for the enemy.

"Come out and fight me openly!" I shouted

No answer.

"Stop hiding and show yourselves!" I shouted again.

Still no answer.

Then, suddenly, a black aura started surrounding a spot infront of me. A woman stepped out from the black aura with her heels clicking away, "Why hello there darling." The unpleasant voice hissed.
