"We are having a barbeque over here around lunch time" Alison tells me as we sit to eat breakfast.

"Cool, for what?"

"Ezra wants everyone who will be at his wedding just to have fun before we all get too tense to wanna let loose." Emily chuckles

"So Toby will be here?"

"Yea" Ali sighs

I freeze but then shake it off

"It's fine i guess. He doesn't have to know they are his"

"He's going to know" Emily says

"No he won't" i press

"Spence he's gonna take one look at E and know. I mean look" Emily fights back

I sigh knowing she's right even though i don't want her to be.

"When does this thing start?" i groan

"12:30" Alison says

Great in just a few hours i'll be sitting in the backyard with Toby, his fiancee and our kids.

"I'm gonna go for a run" I say, not feeling hungry anymore.

I put shoes on and a sweater before running out the door.

It's too soon.

I know eventually he would find out but I've been here a day and already I have to face him.

Ugh!

Why wouldn't Aria tell me this yesterday?

"You look so pretty Elsa" i smile as she flattens her dress in the mirror

"T-thank you mommy" she smiles.

"Come let me put a bit of gel in her hair to keep your curls from going frizzy" I tell her

"There all better now go have fun"

"C-can i p-play with P-Paulie?"

"Of course. Go get him from the cage"

She runs off to play with her bird outside.

"Mommy can I take Cammy out?" Mia asks as she runs in the room.

"Make sure you keep him from the food. And be careful cause Elissa has paulie out"

"Yes mommy" she nods

Normally having a bird and dog in the house isn't a good idea but since we got them both as babies it was pretty easy to train Cammy not to attack Paulie.

For the most part it's been good. We try to put some space between them but normally Cammy licks Paulie which isn't harmful but just to stay say we try to avoid that.

"I told you we were early. It starts at 12:30" I tell Yvonne as we knock on Alisons door

"Well at least this way we can help out" she shrugs as Emily opens the door

"I see you never had time to change out if the uniform" Emily rolls her eyes

"Having a cop around should make you feel safe Em" i tease and she laughs

"Hello Yvonne, it's nice to see you. Glad you could make it" Emily smiles as Yvonne hugs her

"I wouldn't miss it" she smiles back. "Is there anything I can help with?" Yvonne asks

"I think everything's fine but maybe double check with Alison" she shrugs
