Have you noticed that legit every single character on Wattpad is 17 years old? And if it's about a couple of adults then they are all 21 and if they have kids then the kids are either teens or 4-6 year olds. NEVER are they newborns. And this is one of the most overused cliches on ze Planet Earth. And it drives me nuts! I guess they want to show that most of the excitment in life happens at the age 17 and 21 because that's literally how they write the effing book! They always mention that the characters life had been pretty boring until they stepped into this high school and blah blah blah.
