Confession 1.

Now here I am, facing this man I wished never to see again.

"Sir,please you called for me."I said realising he would not start first.

"Miss Rosalind,I did"he called me raising his head to look at me."this is to tell you that your letter of resignation has been ignored, in other words declined."

"What...I mean how?"I said out of shock.
"Looking at your statements before being employed here,you said you would never resign unless the company find you incapable."
Now standing to face me
"Didn't you,Miss Rosalind",placing my file on the desk.

"Ye...yes I did,but..."
"You also told me to have promised your father never to resign,right or wrong."
"Right, but sir..."

"Go to my secretary,collect the files I  gave to her and work on it. You are dismissed"
"Okay Sir."I said and left quietly.

My whole day at work was tiring.
The files were like from my table top to the ceiling.
It is Break time like that. I have to finish my work before leaving to eat.
"Hi, there"
"Oh, Theresa, I thought you had another work for me."
"I miss you a lot my Rosa " she said while peppering me with kisses.
"Ew,ew so disgusting"I said pulling myself from her hug.
"Let go of me Theresa."
"Rosa,I miss you like forever and I never thought I could see you again."

"And why that?"

"There was this rumor of you resigning and never coming back. Was that true?"
"Well"
"Don't worry about that, let's go out and eat"
"Theresa I can't, I need to finish up this work before going anywhere."
"Let's just go you can do that later."

We heard someone clearing his voice, turning together, we came face to face with no other person than him.

I know you are now getting used to me always calling him, him.

"Are you not going for the lunch break?" He asked
"No"
"Why"
"Can't you see I'm busy here?"
"Well,I need to talk to you,and it's either here or outside"
"Just say it here, sir" I said emphasizing on the sir.
"Okay if you say so, please can you excuse us"he said to Theresa
"Rosa,you know how I feel about you so why are you doing this to me? "

"What do you mean"
"Don't you understand me,"
"I don't really get you sir."
He sighted and as quick as lightening, he grabbed my hand and dragged me to the elevator.
"Now I can better explain myself."
He said pressing the elevator into moving.

"Rosa,I want you in my life don't you know this?"

I froze.

"Seeing you with another guy breaks me down,I want to be the one protecting you."

"Sir please stop this"

"I need to tell you this before I go crazy,it's okay if you don't feel Same for me, but I can make you,just give me the chance."

With that he started moving closer to me.
The tension between us was building.

I need to break this now.

"Desmond?"
"What do you mean?" I saw his face go blank.
"Sir you know I have a boyfriend"

"Do you love him?"

I saw something on his face.

"Look at me Rosa,look into my eyes and speak"he shouted.

Just then the elevator stopped and in came a woman.
"CAN'T YOU SEE WE'RE TALKING."he angrily said.

She panicked

"Sorry" she said and I could see fear form in her eyes.
