We would like to apologize to those entries that we hadn't attended from our previous journal. Due to the lack of time and internet connection, as well as uncooperative members, we had decided to stop the journal for a period of time until we were ready. We admit that we have been so unprofessional and irresponsible for doing that, so we would like to ask for everyone's forgiveness. If those unattended entries' authors from the previous journal would like their works to be critiqued again, then they would not have to comply to any payments anymore. Consider it as a discount *wink wink*.
