"They think we're dating.." Jennie said sharply to her CEO who was surprisingly calm about the entire ordeal.
"Jennie, we can take our time with these things now. Dating rumours don't harm you anymore, you're too international for that." He assured her as she rolled her eyes.
"But they do! What the hell is this stupid Seoul Cycle nickname?! We all know it's not true!" She exasperated as he nodded.
"I know, but with great power comes great responsibility." He started as she furrowed her eyebrows.
"Wrong alternate universe." She said sarcastically as he cleared his throat.
"Right. Sorry. With great fame comes great hate. Just show them who you are. You're the untouchable Jennie. Besides, we're suing. We're just waiting with our response to gather evidence, okay?" He told her who still seemed unconvinced.
"Okay, but you better respond." She said finally as she stood up.
"Promise." He saluted as she shook her head and left the office.
Oddly, she was a lot less upset about this rumour than any other one.
In fact, the idea of them being together looked quite good on camera....

"So when are they announcing it?" Taehyung asked Jennie over the phone who only sighed frustratedly.
"I don't know. It was supposed to be up by now. Let's see if they decided to become competent for once." She muttered over the phone as he swiped through the Naver news sight.
"It's spread so far. All of Navers top 20 is occupied." He informed her as she scoffed.
"Of course. Stupid dispatch. Can they not report literally anyone else? They've been camping outside my penthouse for the last few weeks!" She complained as he was surprised.
"What? Why haven't you gone to the police?" He questioned her who only chuckled sarcastically.
"Apparently because it's legally land outside our the buildings property they can't kick them out. Also they found nothing on their cameras so there's no proof they were there for me apparently." She told him who only grew even more mad.
"Who else would they be there for? Kuma? Kai?" He retorted sarcastically and halted as he heard her unexpected giggle across the line.
"You're funny, Tae. But trust me, I've tried everything." She told him, clearly disappointed.
"That's ju-wait. They posted." Taehyung cut off as he immediately went to the official company post.
