it was around christmas time, and you and your partner mattheo were decorating for christmas.

"no no, but the cat ornament here," you say and he rolls his eyes, putting it right where you wanted it.

"it looks perfect!" you say again, squealing as you observe the 'work of art' you've just done.

"i agree baby, it looks perfect," mattheo replies as he smiles at you, wrapping an arm around your waist and pulling you closer.

"just wait till we are able to put a tiny little stocking between ours," he speaks up again, what he said makes your heart nearly melt.

"aww mattheo, thats adorable!" you reply back to him as you give him a smile back.

you both sit there, looking at all the lights as they light up and you turn the fireplace on.

it was your guys first christmas, and definitely the best.
