There are many types of binders! Let's go over them.
Long Shirt Style: This type of binder resembles a tank top, as it goes down to the waist, or further down even.
Mid Length Style: This type of binder typically reaches to the belly button or the top of your pants.
Sports Bra Style: This is one of the more famous binders. One that most everyone knows. It resembles a sports bra.
Vest Style: These types of binders usually have zippers or velcro on the side and/or front of the binder to make putting it on and off easier.
Tip: Depending on your style of binder, it may be easier to step into the binder rather than pulling it over your head.
