Niall Pov-

it was currently 7am me and y/n were in the hospital because she needed to get an appendix surgery
I could tell she was trying to be brave but deep down inside she was afraid, there was one more hour to her surgery!

" it's alright to be afraid y/n " I told her as she looked up at me
" im n-not afraid " she stuttered as i gave her a sad small smile,
" y/n " i said again grabbing her hand as she looked down at our hands

" i don't want this stupid surgery " she said with a tear running down her face, i used my free hand to wipe her tears, " look at me " i said as she slowly looked into my eyes
" it will be over before you know it, and ill be here when you wake up and ill take care of you, i promise " i said kissing the back of her hand as she smiled and nodded

we talked about what was going to happen and how she would be okay and how I'd help her with everything,

5 minutes until her surgery she was in full tears now she did not want this surgery she was begging me to take her home and leave but that's when the nurses came in and told me it was time for her surgery

" Niall......please " she said gripping onto my hands tighter
" princess I promise you'll be okay, do you trust me " i said pushing her hair out her face
" yes " she said in a shaky voice as I nodded kissing her forehead
" then trust me you'll be fine, your brave and strong and a little stronger then me im a big baby " i said as she smiled and giggled
" i love you " she said as I smiled letting her hand go " i love you too " i said walking towards the door and leaving to go to the waiting room

I called my parents and told them she was in surgery it would take about an hour so I sat there on my phone eventually falling asleep then waking up to a nurse shaking my shoulder

" she's done with surgery and she's currently asleep she will wake up soon, you can go see her if you'd like " she said as I nodded and thanked her walking into
y/n's room seeing her peaceful sleeping.

i sat close to the hospital bed holding her hand, even though she was as asleep I was telling her how strong she was and how much I loved her,

" and i want you to know your the best sister i could have ever asked for, I love you y/n/n..."

" i love you too nialler.. "

I looked up to see y/n sleepily smiling at me as I smiled shaking my head, " your the best too " she said smiling

" well I told you it would be over in no time " i said as she nodded
" can i call mom and dad " she said as i nodded passing her phone to her.

It was later in the day about 3 and the doctor was telling us they needed to see a few more things with y/n and we would be able to go home, in about 2 to 4 days.

We spent some time together she made me feed her claiming she was so tired, except when she had to go to the bathroom a nurse helped her she didn't want me!

our parents came over to visit for a half hour " ni you can go home we can stay with y/n " my mom said as y/n shook her head " I want Niall to stay, please " she said as my dad laughed we knew she'd say that

My mom handed me the bag in the luggage she bought for y/n pulling out extra comfortable clothes for me " thank you " I said hugging them both.

I was getting hungry and so was y/n " can you please go get something, hospital food is gross " she said as we both laughed " that's true " I said so I got up and told the nurse I'd be back and she said she'd stay with y/n until I came back

So I went to (whatever food place you want) and i got y/n's favorite and mine

I got back 25 minutes later and as soon as I walked in she was reaching for the bag

I thanked the nurse and put the bed tray infront of her as we both started eating

" this is amazing " she said with her mouth stuffed as I shook my head smiling " your crazy " I told her as she smiled

the rest of the day was spent on cuddles and laughs and eating of course until I was watching tv with y/n when she put her head on my chest I looked down at her to see she was asleep.

I turned the tv off and pressed the light switch on the bed, " goodnight y/n " I whispered kissing her temple as i soon drifted off to sleep with her!
