Niall Pov

Cora was still banging the door and messing with the doorknob
" y/n take your sister upstairs now " I said as they both ran upstairs and my mother went upstairs with the girls

" Niall if she was this crazy why didn't you leave her " my dad asked as I looked down and shrugged, " because I loved her " I said as he patted my back

" you loved her " my dad said as I nodded " not anymore, she's hurt me and the girls and I'm not letting them go through it all again, we'll be fine just the 3 of us " I said as my dad smiled and ruffled my hair

" GIVE ME MY CHILDREN YOU CANT KEEP THEM FROM ME YOU STUPID IDIOT OPEN THE DOOR NOW " Cora yelled as I rolled my eyes and my dad went to check on the girls upstairs

" listen you need HELP, your not going to show up over scaring the girls like that " I shouted from the window as she stepped back
" IM PERFECTLY FINE, just let me see my babies please " she said breaking down on the floor

" listen you weren't crying when you were at home hurting us, you shouldn't be crying now " I said as she just sat there shaking and crying

y/n then came down saying that ally was crying hysterically and couldn't breathe and that she wanted me so I quickly went upstairs not knowing that y/n had stayed downstairs, when I found ally they were all in the bathroom trying to fan her but when she saw me she made grabby hands and as soon as I picked her up her cries softened and she tried calming down

Y/n Pov:

I saw her getting up from the ground through the house door side window and I'm guessing she saw me to because she said my name

" y/n please turn around let me talk to you " she said as I crossed my arms turning around facing the window " speak " I said coldly as she wiped her tears

" im so sorry baby, please forgive me i never wanted to hurt you guys I just " I rolled my eyes and cut her off

" you just what, your just weren't using your brain, you just didn't care about how you hurt us, you just DIDNT care about anybody but yourself I HATE YOU. " I said rudely as I stepped back seeing that she was just staring at me, she looked hurt and broken, but now she's in my perspective and knows how I feel.

" you hate me " she asked as I nodded, " me and ally both, your not our mother, not anymore " I said walking away and back upstairs to see ally asleep on dad

We then heard 3 loud knocks and dad went downstairs and it was the police.

Niall Pov:

I went downstairs to see Cora in handcuffs getting in the police car and then police men had to ask me some questions and bring me down to the station with y/n so that she can tell her side.

In the end this all took about 3 hours until we went back to my parents house we're Ally had become more clingy.

I thanked my parents for everything and got me and the girls ready to go back home

And once we did get back home I grabbed all her stuff and shoved it in a box leaving it in our backyard shed, I didn't want anything to do with her and neither did the girls

me and the girls went to hang out
for the rest of the day to celebrate that out family of 3 would be just fine, once we got home it was around 9pm and both y/n and ally were exhausted, " daddy can i sleep with you tonight " ally asked as I smiled and nodded

" room for one more " y/n said smiling as I nodded and lead them both upstairs, y/n showered in her bathroom while I helped ally in mine and we stayed up eating ice cream and snacks in my bed with ally of course falling asleep first

" dad can we watch a scary movie " y/n asked as I nodded giving her the remote for her to look around Netflix, and once she found one we started watching it

" dad can I ask you something "
y/n asked turning over to me
" what's up kiddo " I said as she chewed the inside of her lip, " do we ever have to see her again " she asked with tears forming in her eyes

" not if you don't want to " I said wiping the stray tear that had fallen, " she hurt us, I don't ever want to see her again please don't make me, i won't forgive her I couldn't " she said sniffling as I nodded " you don't ever have to see her if you don't want to, she isn't a good person and she's getting help now so don't you worry " I said as she nodded and I leaned over ally to kiss her forehead, a little while later we ended up falling asleep
