#199- Happy Thanksgiving

Niall POV:

todays thanksgiving, my mom comes in my room to get me out of bed so i could help her with the meals, i get up and see y/n somehow got into my bed,

" i thought she fell asleep in her room? " my mother says as i shrug, " i thought so too! "

i shake it off letting her sleep in and go brush my teeth before helping my mom.

a while later i sent a text to some family members who were coming, like Greg, A few family friends, and my 4 cousins Emma, Charles, Conor and Shane ( random names! sorry lol )

they all agreed to bring a few things for tonight, and once i finished texting I was now cooking other things and getting the salad together,

—

it was about 10 now, we have been cooking for about 2 hours when
y/n was finally awake, she came downstairs quietly and quickly stood by my side,

" good morning lovely " my mother said to her as she smile and said good morning back with a big hug.

she then ran to me making grabby hands, " i cant right now- " she cut me off with a whine and stomp,
" okay okay miss grumpy " i said picking her up as she hid her face in my neck.

cooking with one arm wasn't easy but, i managed.

we finally cooked all the appetizers and the turkey was still in the oven, so we let it cook for a bit, in the mean time my mom was watching tv and I was upstairs with y/n picking out and outfit.

" good morning you two " we hear, we both turn around and smile

" good morning pappy " she smiles running to give him a hug,
" hey dad, happy thanksgiving " i say, " happy thanksgiving son " he smile as i run like a little kid to hug him two as y/n giggled quietly

i found her this outfit

and was currently taking her a bath, " lean your head back " i say rinsing out the conditioner from my hair, " don't get it in my eyes niall!! " she says as i gasp, making her laugh

" excuse me little miss " i say splashing her, " m'sorry! I meant daddy, thank you for not getting it in my eyes this time " she says as i shake my head.

i comb through her hair once more before standing her up and rinsing her body off,

" alright princess let's go " i say wrapping her in a towel showering her with kisses.

i got her dressed and put her into two pig tails, putting bows in her hair, and the bows matched the shirt perfectly.

I quickly got dressed ironed my shirt with y/n being more clingy to me she didn't want to go down without me so i gave her my phone while I ironed and got dressed

and as soon as I finished the door bell rang and we heard a lot of voices, " come on daddy let's go " she says as i nod and pick her up.

we go downstairs and greet everybody, " look at this princess!! " Emma says taking y/n from me as i greet everybody else.

i turn around to see y/n being attacked with several tickle monsters.

i just chuckle and record them with a big smile on my face.

Once everybody calmed down y/n was attached to me, she wouldn't go with anybody else,

They we're all trying to get who her favorite was other then me.

" come sit with me y/n, want my phone "

" come here i thought we were friends "

" I'll cry!! why don't you love me anymore "

Y/n just giggled and cuddled more into my side,

when theo walked in the room y/n quickly jumped up and hugged him, he smiled and picked her up as we smile watching her hug him

" guess theos the favorite " Conor says.

" I am? " theo says with smile

" theo! " she giggles, she makes sure to give him a peck on the cheek to make everybody else jealous.

...

" uncle Nialler, y/n is hungry " theo says tapping my arm, i quickly pick him up and tickle him, " where is she " i ask as he laughs pointing to her sitting on the floor playing with some toys.

He picks out a snack for her and we walk back to her, " here, snack on this, theo picked it out for you " i say as she smiles and thanks theo.

we all talked and played games and soon it was already 5pm,

we all we hungry but we waited out a little more until 7 and y/n and theo were getting grumpy because they were hungry.

so by the time 7:30 came around we all decided to start eating!!
