Jake Pov:

Me and my parents were arguing again because they way me to marry a women and have kids and live a happy life but that's not who I am

I then saw my best friend and her dad outside there house and it looked like they were going somewhere. Me and y/n have been friends since kindergarten and we are actually neighbors she knows about me being gay and thank god she supports me and so does her family.

Then my mother runs in the house and comes back with suitcases telling me I have to live somewhere else because they don't want a gay child

Y/n Pov:

I could not believe what jakes parents were saying to him I couldn't take it anymore I had to defend him

" dad I can't " I told him as he tried grabbing my arm

I stopped up right infront of his parents face and just said everything off the top of my mind without even thinking

' what if he wants Ken not Barbie, why should he have to say sorry, TELL ME, do you even listen, to all the dumb shit your slippin, we can love who we want to, SO DONT SAY HES NOT SUPPOSED TO, if he loves Ken not Barbie HE DOESNT have to say sorry, and no not to you ' I said finishing letting out a loud sob pointing to his mother as I grabbed his bags and his arm and dragged him into my house where I fell on the floor crying trying to breathe and figure out what had just happened

" thank you, thank you so much " Jake said sitting on the floor next to and hugging me as I just held onto him

" I'm sorry, I'm sorry there such idiots, I'm sorry I didn't help you sooner, please stay here and live with me and my dad you can't go back there " I said crying as my dad walked in and joined the hug

" Listen Jake I don't think I want you staying there either if there not going to love you for who you are, your always welcome to stay here and we have an extra room for you and you can set it up however you want " I looked at my dad then looked at Jake to see him nodding and crying as my dad wiped his tears and smiled at him.

I'm so happy that we could help Jake and take him from that bell hole he was living in I'm so happy I defended him and helped him so much. I love Jake and I could care less if he was gay it doesn't make him any less human and I hope his parents get what they deserve. They just lost a very good child now he's happier with us and can be who he wants and love who he wants
