Y/n POV:

I heard there was going to be a math sub for the day so me and my friend Mia decided to be like 5 minutes late and when we got to class the teacher wasn't even there so me and Mia sat in the back of the classroom I had my leg up on the desk chewing gum and on my phone until there was a loud knock on the door I don't even bother to look up because I don't care " alright class your sub will be here in 2 minutes behave " the principal said as everybody started to calm down
" uh excuse me y/n but I sit here " some girl from the class said but when I looked up it was Katrina she was the class nerd

" uh excuse me I sat here first go find another seat thanks " I said getting back on my phone

" ok but I sit her this is my assigned seat " she said getting confident little did she know

I looked at Mia and she nodded at me

" listen here you, I run this class and we both know so unless you want to go home with a messed up face go sit somewhere else " I told her as she quickly nodded and sat somewhere else as everybody
" ohhhed " and laughed at her

" nice job " Mia said high fiving me

" hello class I'll be your sub today my name is Niall Horan but you can call me Mr.Horan " a guy said and when I looked up I saw my brother,

what...how...why...no way i thought to myself

" uh excuse me miss, feet down and phone away " he said talking like if he didn't know me

I didn't listen I just kept talking to Mia as he went on to teach about math

" uh hey you to in the back Im gonna need you to pay attention or I'm separating you " he said sternly, and I just thought he couldn't be serious

" yea ok whatever " I said as the whole classed tried holding back there laughs

" so you think your smart enough to not pay attention, you must be the class queen Bee huh " he said acting tough

" yup and what are you gonna do about it Niall " I said as the class went crazy "oohing" and clapping

" it's Mr.Horan to you " he said fixing his tie

" it's whatever Niall " I said rolling my eyes pulling my phone back out

" girl he's gonna write you up to the principal " Mia said laughing and clapping her hands

" I wish he would, and Mia you don't know him like I do " I said making her confused

Out of no where Niall came and snatched my phone out of my hand

" Niall give it back now " I said stepping on his shoe making him drop it and hold on to his foot

" ow y/n what the heck " he said making everybody confused

" you know what how about if you answer this question you won't have to pay attention " he said as I rolled my eyes because I wasn't gonna answer his stupid question

" what's y=8(x)= 64 divided by 2 times 4 " he said giving me some random question that I actually didn't know the answer to

" I'm not gonna answer your dum question " I said firing back at him

" if you do I'll increase your grade because your grade isn't looking to good in this class...and mum wouldn't be to happy to see this " he said leaning in my face as everybody was asking " are you guys siblings "

" yup that right there is my little sister who is actually failing this class with a grade of 34 so unless she wants me to raise it she should answer this question........
unless she doesn't know it " he said embarrassing me in front of the whole class as everybody laughed at me even Mia

" Mia stop- " I said seriously as she stopped laughing almost immediately

" your the teacher you should know the answer why you asking me " I said sassily

" because will need to see if you understand and it clearly seems like you don't do you better pay attention or I'll tell mum about this " he said crossing his arms

" whatever Niall " I said rolling my eyes taking my feet down off the desk and facing forward

" oohhhh the class queen has been defeated " some boy said making the class laugh making me feel more embarrassed to the point where tears were coming out of my eyes

And I'm guessing Niall noticed as he said " wait y/n don't cry I'm sorry " he said trying to hug me as I push him off of me and ran out the classroom and ran to the water fountain down the hall and slid down the wall hiding my face in my knees.

I then felt somebody sit next to me and wrap there arms around me I instantly knew it was Niall because of his cologne

" you embarrassed me in front of everybody, they will never get over it and I'll never live it down " I said crying more

" I'm really sorry I didn't mean it but if this is how your actually treating the teacher then that's not right and you need to start being more respectful, so when we go back in there your going to grab your stuff and I want you in the front row, your friend could sit with you if she wants but you have no choice do you understand " he said helping me up then hugging me again as I nodded into his chest

"mom won't hear about a thing if you actually start paying attention" he said wiping my tears as I nodded again

As we walked back in the classroom I went to the back to get my book bag and told my friend to follow me as sit up front with me

We both sat in the corner of the front row and we both payed attention.....well when Niall was watching....behind his back we still fooled around, but Niall didn't need to know about that part
