" come on y/n are you all packed to go with your dad " I called up for y/n but she didn't answer so I went to her room and saw her sitting on her bed with her stuffed animal

" y/n come on your dads gonna be here soon, whats wrong "

" I don't wanna go because I know Avia will be there mommy "

" what? But you love going to daddy's house "

" yes I do love going but not when Avia is there I hate her " she said looking up at me

" why do you hate her, is she being mean to you, did she say something you didn't like baby? " I asked her

" no it's that she wants me to call her mommy or mom and I don't want to because she's not my mommy you are " she said getting up to hug me

I sat her on my lap " I don't want you calling her that either she isn't your mom and she shouldn't be making you do anything you don't want to you hear me " I say as she nods

" can you ask daddy to tell her to stop because I'm scared if I say I don't think he will love me anymore " she says shedding a tear

" it's alright don't worry me and you are both gonna talk to daddy don't worry I promise he will still love you, your his baby girl " I say wiping her tear as we hear a car honk

" stay here I'll tell daddy to come and we can talk alright?" I say as she nods

I go downstairs and I open the door telling Niall to come in and talk

" is everything alright " he says concerned

" yup but y/n wants to tell you something but she thinks you'll hate her " I told them as his face softens

" awe well we're is she " he asks

I lead him to her room where she sat on her bed wiping her tears away

" hey princess " he says picking her up and sitting her on his lap

" hi daddy " she says putting her head on his chest

" alright so y/n/n do you wanna tell him " I asked as she nodded

Y/n POV:

" well... everytime I go with you Avia is always there and she always wants me to call her mommy or mom but I dont want to call her that because she isn't my mommy and she always wants me to and I don't want to and when I don't she just gets mad at me " I told my dad crying alittle bit more

" oh sweetheart how come you didn't tell me sooner " he asked but all I did was shrug

" I thought you would be mad "

" awe baby I'd never get mad at you, your my princess " he says kissing me all over my face making me laugh

" well uh Avia is actually in the car waiting but don't worry I'll tell her to stop and if it happens again I'll tell her to stop don't you worry " he says making me smile

" thanks daddy " I said hugging him

" alright you ready to go " he asked as I nodded

" bye mommy I love you " I said hugging and kissing my mom and she said the same

Once we got in the car Avia turned around and I mentally rolled my eyes

" hey honey " she said

" hi Avia " I said giving her a fake smile

"oh sweetheart you know you can call me mommy or mom ya know" she said giving me a small smile

" well if she doesn't want to she doesn't have to " daddy said making me smile

Avia looked a little shocked but then turned to me and said

" but I mean I am her step mom and sweet heart you don't have to but I'd like to me like your mom

" your not my mom and I don't want to call you mom and I don't want you calling me these other names my name is y/n just y/n so can you please stop " I said alittle surprised in myself but happy I finally got it off my chest

" alright y/n I'm sorry if I made you feel like I was forcing you to call me mom " she said giving me a sad smile

" I mean maybe I'll start feeling comfortable calling you mom but you keep trying to make me say it and I get alittle annoyed so when I feel comfortable enough to call you mom I will but for now i don't want " I said looking out the window

" oh alright y/n it's totally fine once again I'm sorry " she said making me smile

" it's fine don't worry about it I said giving her a little hug while putting my selt belt back on and looking out the window the whole car ride home smiling.
