Aliyah's Pov:
After re-meeting with everyone and convincing them I was not dead, i had to explain my little issue that came with it.
Remus has been helping me a lot. He gave me tips on what to do before, during and after the transformations and we spent my second transformation together, locked in a tightly sealed and isolated place near his home.
The morning after the first transformation was total shit, though. I woke up drained of energy with deep, burning cuts all over my body. "At least we'll be scar twins now" Remus joked, earning a stifled laugh from me as I laid tiredly in my bed at Enzo's house.
"You're fine, yeah? You need anything?" Matt was extremely concerned, as well as my other friends and my boyfriend.
"I feel... well, 'fine' isn't the word, but I guess you could say 'okay' " I breathed out. "Oh my sweet darling, I'll make you some tea" Esmerelda smiled softly, "No- there's no need, really"
But the transformations were better after having Remus there to help me. He was the only person able to understand my situation.
Theo's been getting much better. He sleeps next to me at least once or twice a week and his sleep schedule has improved. He got a haircut, he's eating now, and all is well.
About a few months after that, Theo asked me to pack my bags, saying he's taking me on a 'trip' for a week or so. Just the two of us.
"Do you know where you guys are going?" Daphne asked as I packed up with her and Pansy, "No clue, honestly" I chuckled. "Seriously?" Pansy raised a brow.
"I'm telling you, I've got no idea where we're going"

"Italy?!" I chuckled, shocked as we walked up to our gate. "Mhm, I told you, I've always wanted to take you here one day"
"Oh my god" I smiled, holding his hand as we sat in our seats, "Theo, oh my god, you didn't have to do this"
"But I want to, bella." He smiled
We arrived pretty late that night and slept until the afternoon in the house he had there. Italy was beautiful, really. I can't believe this is where he's from.
On the fourth day there, I woke up to the sound of water running. I rubbed my eyes, adjusting to the sunlight beaming through the curtains. I sat up properly, noticing Theo in the toilet brushing his teeth, still in his pajamas.
"Morning" I mumbled, getting out of bed to go brush my teeth as well. "Good morning" he chuckled, ruffling my hair as I walked past him to grab my toothbrush, making me laugh.
The entire day was amazing — we went to the beach right by the house, we had lunch, visited a few shops and went out to a beautiful restaurant at night.
The place was beautiful. It was soft but dark, fairy lights all over the ceiling like stars, roses on the table and the most gorgeous glass chandeliers.
We dressed up nice. I wore a gorgeous red dress Theo got me with a black coat over it and black platforms. He wore a classy red polo jacket and dress pants and fixed up his hair for once.
There was an amazing soft jazz band playing, and we began to talk as the waiter left after taking our orders. "Theo, this place is lovely" I chuckled. "Only the best for my girl" he smiled, planting a kiss on my hand.
"Really, Teddy, you didn't have to bring me all the way to Italy. This- this is amazing beautiful place", "Beautiful place for my beautiful woman" he winked, making us both laugh.
The waiter brought over a bottle of champagne to the table which Theo opened, pouring us both a glass. I chuckled, "To us" I slightly lifted my glass. He nodded softly, "to us" we clanked our glasses together softly before taking a sip.

"That food was absolutely amazing" Theo wiped the corners of his mouth with a napkin, "Agreed". "Well, I'm going to pay the bill right now because I have one more surprise for you" he chuckled, getting out his wallet and calking over the waiter for the check.
"Another surprise? Theo, how will I ever make up for this?", "You've already made up for everything" he got out of his chair to pull out mine, handing me my coat like the gentleman he is.
I laughed, putting it on and beginning to walk out with our hands interlocked. We began walking on the beautiful night street, finally arriving at a bridge where I saw a small love boat awaiting us.
"Theo you did not" I chuckled excitedly, "I did" he smiled. We stood on it, going through a river in the middle of the beautiful city. I was mesmerized by the view, constantly looking at every pretty place we passed.
The Italian city lanterns were on, and the sky was the perfect ombré of darkish blue to purple, the crescent moon starting to become visible.
"Look" Theo pointed to a pretty-looking flower, distracting me from the fact that he was kneeling down, which I only noticed when I looked back at him, a small velvet box in hand.
"Aliyah, — " he opened the box to reveal the prettiest, most detailed golden ring with a diamond in the middle, " — I love you so much, and it would make me the happiest man in the world if you'd agree... to marry me" he smiled up at me.
I covered my mouth in disbelief, "Theo are you serious?" I insinuated, "I couldn't be more sure". I was stunned yet euphoric at the same time. "Theo, aren't we too young?" I worried, "I don't care. As long as I get to spend the rest of my life with you, knowing that you're mine, I'll be more than happy"
I took a moment to take it in, "Oh my god, yes" I choked on my chuckle. He grinned widely, slipping the ring onto my ring finger and getting up to kiss me passionately, to which I returned. "I love you" I muttered, "I love you more than you know, amoré" he laughed.
I pulled away to look into his eyes, mine already filled with tears of joy. "I'm your fiancée now. I'm engaged!" I was in pure joy. "Engaged to me" he kissed my cheek
