I woke up to find myself in a bedroom. Wooden floors. Intricate designs on the walls. I then remembered what happened before I passed out, sending my heart thumping as horrible thoughts filled my mind, sending fear trailing down every inch of my body.

"Please God. Don't tell me I did it with him..." I whimpered to myself as I buried my head in my pillow, feeling tears well up in my eyes. I closed my eyes, hoping to numb the pain stabbing throughout my heart.

"No you did not do it with him." A voice could be heard behind me. Shrieking, I turned around to see Adam lying beside me, a smirk on his face.

Eyes widening as realization daunted on me, I practically screamed,"DON'T TELL ME I DID IT WITH YOU INSTEAD!!" I started panicking as I glared at him, desperate for an answer.

He just smirked, lying on his back, before answering, "Maybe."

I stared at him in horror as tears began to well up in my eyes. "PLEASE TELL ME YOU'RE ONLY JOKING. ANSWER ME YOU HORRIBLE CREATURE"

There was silence for a while as I felt a rush of emotions hit me. Anger. Fear. I glared at him murderously, trying to control the shock and anger brimming within me.

"DANG GIRL CHILL! I'm only joking. Anyway, I am not a horrible creature. I am a good man. " He smirked, sending a relief flooding through me.

"Good boy. So that means I'm still... okay?" I asked indirectly, praying to God.

"Kinda." He answered.

"Kinda equals yes?" I pursued, trying to confirm. Hell, this means a lot to me.

"Yes young lady." He replied, an uninterested look across his face.

I heaved a sigh of relief as I plopped back down on the bed. "Damn Adam, you better tell me what happened. Don't leave out the littlest details."

"Hm, long story short, I saw Nicholas heaving you up and your horrible state. I then rushed into his room and well, got him away from you just... Just in time." He replied, leaving out the detail that I was nearly... Not okay.

"How on earth did you get in?" I asked.

"I climbed." He replied.

"Climbed what?" My eyes widened.

"Climb something." He answered.

"What?" I pursued.

"Do you seriously need all these details?" He moaned, unimpressed.

"Yes, unless you told me you flew." I rolled my eyes. Dang, is it so hard to answer that question?

" I flew." He beamed before diverting his gaze.

I frowned. "Never mind that. Then how did you get him away? And where on earth is he now?" I asked, looking around, clearly not seeing Nicholas anywhere.

"Under the bed." He answered.

"What?!" I stared at him with horror in my eyes.

"Just kidding. Dang, you're so easy to trick." He replied, rolling his eyes.
