Emily's POV:

It's almost the end of the semester, June is right around the corner. That means that we have to start cramming for exams really soon, which kind of sucks. But on the bright side, it also means that prom is coming up, yay! Well, on the bright side for people who actually have a couple, for me, it's just meh.

Today Liv's boyfriend Luke is throwing a party because it is his birthday. I know, it seems as if we're always out partying, but we're not, I swear. We only go to like 2 or 3 parties a month, tops. And if you think about it, it's actually not a lot of parties. But anyway, back to the point. Liv forced us all to go to the party, even though I told her about a gazillion times that I didn't want to go. We were talking on the phone discussing her outfit for the party

"So do you really think my black skirt matches the top I just described?" She asked me.

"Liv, which black skirt? You have at least 20. Be more specific." I said as I laughed.

"You know, the bandage one, that has like a criss cross pattern, the one that I bought at BCBG last month." Liv answered. I of course, didn't know which skirt she was talking about yet and to be honest I really didn't want to think. After all, how many different black skirts can there be?

"Oh yeah I remember which one." I lied. I had no fucking clue.

"So, do you think that it would look good together?" She asked annoyed this time.

"Yes, it would look so good, and make sure to pair it with your platform black heels, it would look amazing." I responded, remembering the shoes she had just bought at the mall last week.

"You're right, they would look good with the outfit. I had already forgotten about those!" She exclaimed. Classic Liv, she bought so many stuff all the time that she'd end up forgetting what she owned.

"Well, now that that's settled. Are you a 100% sure that Tyler won't be there? He's Luke's best friend." I asked her.

"For the millionth time, he won't be there. Luke told me that his parents sent him to this super strict military academy after some incident with a girl." She told me.

"Okay, okay. Fine." I answered, not wanting to talk more about the subject, just saying his name made me remember the two awful times I was with him. " And who else is going from our school?" I asked changing the topic.

"He invited the football team of course, and then I invited a bunch of other people, so pretty much our entire school will be there as well."

"You invited a bunch of people and that means our whole school will be there? Oh Liv, how many did you invite?"

"I honestly lost count after like a 100."

"What? Are you serious?" I asked shocked.

"Yep."

"Oh my god Liv. Well, at what time should we get there?"

"I'll arrive at around 8 to help Luke set up everything, but the party starts at 9ish, so you and the girls can get here anytime after that."

"Perfect, we'll see you there."

"See you." She said before I hung up.

Aubrey just got her license two weeks ago and since then she's been offering to drive us everywhere, no joke. So today she's taking us to the party, she told me that she'd come pick me up at 9:30, then we'd go get Massie and then head to the party. It was only 5 o'clock but I decided to start getting ready anyway. I was trying to change my habit of never being ready on time and I didn't want to keep Aubrey waiting.
