Rant 54) Overused Kekkei Genkai

Instead of chopping up a fanfic. I wanna clarify how this is just... not right. So there are a few overused cliche Kekkei Genkai that many authors typically can't either use something that isn't used much. Or lots of times use these Kekkei Genkai that is rarely (properly) used like: Shadow release, Boiling Release, Magnet Release, Lava Release, Scorch Release etc. Well side fact, I rarely see Lava or Scorch release. But most readers want to read something more creative if you create some abilities to these Kekkei Genkai's.

But some of y'all if not most (including me being guilty of this...) would just go with the over used stuff.

Ice Release, Crystal Release, Wood Release, etc and eye Dojutsus like the Byakugan, Sharingan, Rinnegan or whatnot.

Just why? As for my case for using Crystal Release because I just for some reason liked it and actually has a lot of abilities. But for reals... even for the unknown existent Kekkei Genkai's you all should just be creative and create your own abilities as well for the lesser known ones.

Would tear this a new one. But it's literally not worth dirt. Nothing firm with this one.

This is a really popular book and as I would say: "how the fuck is this popular?"

Tobirama is very sly and never had time to settle down because there were always problems. So anyways, he found someone. Very unlikely but hey fanfiction at its finest with unrealistic plots. It's like I'm gonna read a book about Pein's daughter who's mother is Konan. Same concept, very unrealistic, I don't care if it's not canon. But the unrealistic disturbing plot lines just is unsettling to the core.

So anyways, just whyyyyyy do you people like to make up stories where canon characters are so unlikely to ever marry in the anime have kids in your fanfictions? I don't mind reading some back story which can make even more sense. But like... this is almost me reading a fanfiction of Danzō having a wife.

Gaara is a different case. In his light novel he had interest in women and was close to marrying someone but the woman turns out to be a crazy psycho bitch like my manager in real life— okay Zoey chill. But Tobirama never once showed interest in anyone at all and was full on business 10x more serious than almost everyone in the anime. The only far catch here is that I don't mind reading TobiramaxOC typical stories. Mainly because they have a plot and background. Most of the kids who are granddaughters to legends don't have any peripheral background at all.

Anyways, I would open this book and take a good look. After a few chapters I just dropped the book as it lingered with cliches.

1) taking place in Konoha

2) hates Sasuke

3) on team 7

4) Sakura hates her

5) barely any character development

6) do I need to go on?

Please be original. I don't care if you like these stories. They aren't my taste. I'm currently reading a story on Quotev that has a character who gains so much development within the first few chapters which is astonishing. This half bred Uchiha was born outside of Konoha with parents of different clans. So for once, come up with something that I haven't read a hundred times off here.
