"You can save her." Dimitri was shaking Lissa and crying hysterically.
"You did before. Please, please do it again." He shook her again.
"I don't know what I'd do without her." And again.
Lissa herself was hysterical.
She nodded. The desision was made, Rose would live.
Dimitri slumped down on the floor the adrenalen gone.
Lissa held her hands over Rose's body calling her spirit back and healing her.
At last the machine sputtered to life. The remaining nurses who were supposed to clean up the body gasped.
