Then I see it, a distant, but powerful light pointing directly up. It's quite far away.
Good.
For a moment, nothing else happen. It is just a heavy silence and undisturbed stillness. Then there is a loud groan and I see a big blooded shape rise from the rubbles.
Fuck, it's too soon!
It shrieks. The sound echoes in the entire complex. I see the shape slowly rising its fists and slamming them right back at the light.
It takes a couple of seconds. Then purplish wave like flames consume everything. The sound is deafening. I almost don't hear the creature shrieking.
The flames are now reaching my forklift. The force is so powerful that I feel the entire thing moving, but it holds on.
I'm still alive!
Can't say for sure for Jacob.
It takes a moment before everything calms down, before I could actually see the extant of the damage done.
