Back in the 1980s, Chang Li started the gang called Black Dragon and they ruled Bangkok single-handedly. He had two sons Ming Li and Chai Li who fought for the gang leader position after their father's death. Later they split into two rival gangs Black Dragons and Dark Lord that are currently ruling Bangkok. Most of the clubs and illegal gambling businesses are run by them.Currently, the eldest so of both the gangs have taken over the gang leader position after father's retirement.
