Walking for few minutes, I finally found the coffee machine. Heaving up and down, I filled the cup with hot coffee.
I grabbed it quickly and sprinted towards the cabin, going to face the devil again.
I knocked on the door, as I heard a faint 'come in'. I went inside and placed the cup on his desk.
Without sparing a glance at me, he picked up the cup and smelled it.
Making a disgusted face, he slammed the cup hardly on the table. He frustratingly ran his fingers through his hair, and finally looked at me.
"Don't you know I can't tolerate coffee?"
He raised his eyebrows, while tapping his fingers on the table.
"But sir, you ordered me to bring a c-"
He chuckled darkly, which made me pause.
This piece of shit.
"Ah, it's burning! Turn on the ac and bring me some cold drinks!"
I clenched my jaw and glared at him.
"Now."
I grabbed the ac remote and quickly switched it on.
"Don't tell me you're allergic to cold drinks too..."
He shot a glare at me, and slammed his fist on the table.
"Just do what I said"
Forcing a smile, I slammed the remote on the desk and left. I quickly searched for the cooler. Finding it, I ran towards it.
"Shit!"
My heel slipped, as I was about to fall on the floor on my face. I closed my eyes shut, but suddenly a pair of strong arms held me from the front.
My eyes jolted open to see a man holding me. I quickly stood upright and bowed.
"I-I'm sorry!"
"It's okay. You were gonna fall."
I looked up to see his face. Only one word came into my mind.
Hand.some.
His doe eyes, sharp face, bunny teeth, and that body with the formal suit. He was hot.
I laughed akwardly and proceeded towards the cooler.
"I've never seen you here before. Are you new in this company?"
He asked me, as I picked up few cold drinks.
"Umm yeah. Actually, I just got selected."
"Oh. What's your name?"
I turned around to face him completely.
"I'm Lee Y/n."
"Wait- Aren't you the CEO's secretary?"
"Uh- Yeah..." I forced a smile.
He brought his hand forwards and spoke.
"I'm Jeon Jungkook, the COO of the company."
My eyes widened after hearing his position. He was at the highest position after the CEO. I shook his hand blankly.
"Oh, I really didn't knew it sir..."
"It's okay. You can call me Jungkook."
He passed me a bunny smile, which I found cute.
"N-No, how can I-"
