I remember these days well, and even though I was happy, I knew it would the happiness would end sometime.
When I stand there smiling at you,
I don't care what anyone thinks of me,
For I know how I feel about you,
And I know deep down you feel the same way too,
If love was meant to be easy then it would be,
But it's not,
It's harder than that, you see,
For when I look at thee,
I see not what I want to see,
But what's actually there in front of me,
I know that you know me,
